Do students need to create accounts?

No! Students simply enter a room code and their name to join. No signups, no passwords, no friction. They can participate from any device with a web browser.

What activity types are included?

ClassTempo includes 14 activity types: polls, multiple choice, fill in the blank, word bank, matching, drag and drop, memory tests, quizzes, video checks, short answer, discussions, and drawings. All are included in every plan.

Is ClassTempo FERPA compliant?

Yes. We take student privacy seriously. Student data is encrypted, stored securely, and you control retention policies. We never sell or share student information.

Can I use my existing presentations?

Absolutely. Upload PDFs, Google Slides, or PowerPoint files directly. You can also embed web content and videos. Add interactive activities between any slides.

What happens if a student loses connection?

Students can rejoin anytime using the same room code and name. Their previous responses are preserved, and they can continue participating right where they left off.
